PROJECT 1 · MONDAY 16 NOVEMBER
Start small
Learn the tools and complete your first small project, from idea to something working.
In person in Brussels · 16–21 November 2026
Start a new idea every day and take it all the way to a working project. Build with AI tools and a mentor in the room. Start small on Monday, move faster each evening, and go beyond what you thought possible on Saturday.
A complete idea-to-project cycle every day.
22 HOURSEvery session starts with a new idea. You choose a problem, define a version you can finish, build it with AI, test it, and show what you made. Then you do the whole cycle again the next day. The repetition makes the tools feel familiar so your ideas can grow more ambitious.
Join us in person in Brussels from Monday 16 to Saturday 21 November 2026. Monday to Friday, we meet from 18:00 to 21:00. On Saturday, you get seven hours. Every day contains the complete cycle: idea, scope, build, test, and show. Bring your laptop; food and drinks are served.

PROJECT 4 · THURSDAY 19 NOVEMBER
Build a fourth project with a new challenge, integration, or kind of user.
PROJECT 5 · FRIDAY 20 NOVEMBER
Take a fifth idea from blank page to a working result with growing independence.
PROJECT 6 · SATURDAY 21 NOVEMBER
Use a full day for your sixth and boldest project. Build, test, and show it.
22 in-person hours · Brussels local time
Bring your own ideas or start from a prompt in the room. These are examples, not a fixed curriculum.
Replace a repetitive task with a useful workflow.
Prototype a booking flow, customer portal, or internal tool.
Make a research assistant, learning tool, or content workflow.
Put a working version in front of someone and see what happens.
You practice these skills six times, on six different ideas, with a mentor to help when you get stuck. Each project can be a working prototype rather than a polished commercial release.
Plan, build, test, and iterate with a coding agent.
Explore a problem and turn a rough idea into a clear brief.
Build and improve a project with a terminal-based coding agent.
Try a lean, terminal-first coding-agent workflow.
Explore how a personal AI assistant turns ideas and workflows into actions.
Get a second pass on code changes as part of review.
