Spend one day building the workflows you already do.

AI for Everyday Work

A private, immersive day for professionals across functions. You work with ChatGPT, Claude, Voice, Agents, and connected workflows. No presentations. No coding wall. You build the whole day.

Four 90-minute sprints

  1. 01

    Map

    Name the work

  2. 02

    Build

    First working version

  3. 03

    Agents and connected workflows

  4. 04

    Ship

    Ready for Monday

You bring the work. No coding wall. You leave with a workflow for Monday.

The gap

Using AI is not the same as working with it

Most teams already open ChatGPT. Few leave with a workflow they can run again on Monday. This day is about the second thing.

Before

Using AI

  • You paste a question and wait for a draft.
  • You copy the answer into email, ATS, CRM, or Slack.
  • Tomorrow you start over from a blank chat.
  • The work still lives in your head.

This day

Working with it

  • You name a job you actually own.
  • You build a workflow you can hand to a colleague.
  • Voice, agents, and connected tools take the next step.
  • Monday you run the same system, not a new prompt.

The day

One immersive day. You are building, not watching.

We take a private team of up to 10 people through four 90-minute sprints. Every sprint is hands-on. Generic content stays out of the room. So does the idea that you need to code.

Hands-on, all day

Short brief, then you work. Facilitators sit beside you. There is no slide track to sit through.

No coding wall

If you can describe the work, you can build it here. Recruiters, HR, sales, and ops are the audience.

Your work, not a case study

You bring 1 or 2 live workflows. Screening, onboarding, follow-up, reporting. We build on those.

09:00 to 17:00

Four sprints. One working day.

A simple track: map, build, connect, ship. Each sprint is 90 minutes, then a 30-minute break. Lunch is 12:30 to 13:30, between sprint 2 and sprint 3. We wrap at 17:00.

    Ready for Monday

09:00

Sprint 01 · Map

Name the work

Pick a workflow you own this week. Map the steps, the handoffs, the delays. Then work with ChatGPT or Claude to turn that map into a brief you can run.

11:00

Sprint 02 · Build

First working version

Produce the artifact. A scorecard, a sequence, a briefing pack. Voice where it is faster than typing. You leave lunch with something you can already use.

13:30

Sprint 03 · Connect

Agents and connected workflows

Turn the one-off into a repeatable flow. An agent takes the next step. Tools talk to each other. The work no longer lives in a chat window.

15:30

Sprint 04 · Ship

Ready for Monday

Tighten it. Hand it to a colleague. Write the one-page rule for how the team will run it. You leave with a workflow you will use this week.

After 17:00

What changes when the day is over

A workflow you own

Not a chat history. A named job, with steps, tools, and a rule for how the team runs it.

A felt difference

You have used ChatGPT, Claude, Voice, and Agents on your own work. Later choices are grounded in that, not in a demo.

A team that can repeat it

Up to 10 people leave able to build the next workflow without waiting for IT or a coding course.

Worry-free

You bring the team. We take care of the rest.

The usual blockers stay outside the room: locked licenses, IT tickets, the feeling that this is someone else's job.

No coding required

If you can explain the work in plain language, you can do this day. We never make the room feel like a developer class.

Tools ready

ChatGPT, Claude, Voice, Agents, and connected workflows are set up when you sit down. You do not wait on procurement.

Private group

Up to 10 people from your company. Small enough that everyone builds. Closed enough that real work can be on the table.

Facilitators beside you

You are never left to figure it out alone. When something stalls, we unblock it in the sprint, not in a parking lot.

Messy is allowed

First versions are supposed to be rough. The day is for making, not for performing.

Venue and food

On-site at your office or in a room we host. Breakfast through close. Dietary needs are handled in advance.

Customized to your workflow

Every sprint runs on work from your desk.

Before the day, we collect the jobs people actually do. During the day, those jobs are the exercises. Nothing generic gets a slot.

Recruiters

Screening packs, outreach sequences, scorecards, interview briefs.

HR

Onboarding paths, policy answers, internal comms, people ops follow-up.

Sales

Account research, follow-up, proposal drafts, pipeline hygiene.

Ops

Weekly briefs, reporting, handoffs, the recurring work that eats the calendar.

Investment

A private team experience, priced as a room.

This is not a per-seat public class. You lock a private room for your functions, and we run the four sprints on their actual work.

One day. Up to 10 people. Remote or on-site.
