The intention

For one day, we take your leadership team outside the normal corporate environment.

We remove the usual barriers to state-of-the-art AI: procurement, locked licenses, IT delays, and the feeling that this is someone else's job.

You do not prepare. You do not need a technical background. You arrive, and you create.

An experience, not a course

Built to change what leaders think is possible

This is not generic AI training. The day is immersive, outcome driven, and designed for people who decide where the organization goes next.

Not a training course

There is no curriculum to complete and no certificate at the end. The day is designed to expand what leadership believes is possible.

Not a briefing

You will not sit through a market overview. You work with the actual capability, on live ideas from your business.

Not a vendor demo

The day is not built around a product pitch. Exercises are tailored to your industry. We do not lock you to a list of apps.

Who is in the room

C-level and senior managers

Not developers. People who own strategy, functions, and the decisions that follow this day.

C-level

Chiefs who need a felt sense of the frontier before they commit budget, structure, or strategy. One day to see what the organization could actually do.

Senior managers

Leaders who own a function and are tired of second-hand reports. You leave able to judge AI work because you have done the work yourself.

08:30 to 17:30

A guided journey in four sprints

The rhythm is 90 minutes of work, then 30 minutes off. At noon the pause is longer: lunch from 12:30 to 13:30. The day closes with an executive debrief, so every leader creates, not just observes.

  1. 01

    08:30

    Arrival

    The room is already working

Coffee, introductions, and a clear brief for the day. No laptops to unpack. No accounts to request. Sprint one starts at 09:00.

  2. 02

    09:00

    Sprint 1 · 90 minutes

    Explore the AI capability frontier

See what state-of-the-art AI can do when nothing is in the way. Live work on real leadership questions. You leave this sprint with a calibrated sense of the frontier, not a slide deck.

  3. 03

    10:30

    30 minutes

    Pause

Step away from the work. Compare notes. Reset for the next sprint.

  4. 04

    11:00

    Sprint 2 · 90 minutes

From idea to reality. Describe it, it exists.

Bring a live idea from your business. Describe it in plain language. Watch it take shape in the room. The point is speed: how fast a leadership idea can become something you can see, share, and decide on.

  5. 05

    12:30

    12:30 to 13:30

    AI experience lunch

The long break at noon. A working lunch, not a stop in the day. Compare what you just made. Talk about what it implies for how your organization actually works.

  6. 06

    13:30

    Sprint 3 · 90 minutes

    Build beyond your role

Leaders rarely get to make the thing themselves. In this sprint you do. You work past the usual boundary of your job title and produce something you would normally wait weeks for someone else to start.

  7. 07

    15:00

    30 minutes

    Pause

A second pause before the last sprint. Space to think before you turn tools into an operating system.

  8. 08

    15:30

    Sprint 4 · 90 minutes

From tools to an AI-powered OS

Move from a handful of useful tools to an operating system for how leadership work gets done. What stays in your day. What gets handed to AI. What your team should stop doing by hand.

  9. 09

    17:00

    Executive debrief

What does this make possible for our organization?

Close with a facilitated conversation. Capture the opportunities, the constraints that just disappeared, and the decisions this day now makes available. We wrap at 17:30.

Worry-free

You bring your people. We take care of everything else.

The usual barriers stay outside the room. Your only job is to arrive with the leadership group.

Venue

A setting away from headquarters, so the day does not feel like another meeting in the building. We confirm the location once the date is locked.

Computers

Ready when you sit down. You do not bring a machine, install software, or wait on IT.

Licenses

Full access for the day. The usual corporate blocks are not in the room.

Food

Breakfast through close, including the AI experience lunch. Dietary needs are handled in advance.

Support

Facilitators beside you for every sprint. You are never left to figure it out alone.

Tailored to your industry

Exercises are built around how your sector actually works. We do not lock the day to a catalogue of apps.

After 17:30

What the day is for

A felt sense of the frontier

Not a report about AI. A day of using it at full capability, so later decisions are grounded in what you have seen yourself.

Working artefacts from your business

Ideas from your world, made real in hours. Something you can show the rest of the organization on Monday.

A leadership operating picture

Clarity on what AI should absorb, what leaders still own, and what becomes possible when those barriers stay down.

Private booking

Lock a day for your leadership team.

Tell us the company, the group, and a window that works. We confirm the venue, prepare computers and licenses, and tailor the exercises to your industry.
