The intention
A 3-day code retreat for product managers. The program goes well beyond a workshop.
You already vibe-code. Now learn the craft behind it, and ship production-level product.
AI-assisted development the way engineers practice it.
Build in small groups. Ship. Make it production ready. Watch someone else use it.
Leave as a PM who can contribute with real engineering craft.
Rhythm of the stay
Arrive Tuesday 1 December, evening. Three session days. 3 nights in the house. Small groups. Something live every day.
Wed 2 Dec
Learn the craft, then ship
- First 90 minutes: what is possible today with AI-assisted development.
- How engineers keep work production-ready: a clear brief, constraints, checks, and review.
- Afternoon in small groups: build something simple.
- Put it live. Hand it to another group. Make it production ready.
Thu 3 Dec
Rebuild what you already use
- Do not start from a blank idea.
- Rebuild one or two products your company already uses every day.
- Or build the missing tool that would immediately improve how you work.
- You learn by cloning something real.
Fri 4 Dec
Ship something your domain can use
- Morning: how far one product person can take a build, from a personal prototype to something colleagues can run.
- Rest of the day: make a production-ready product in your sector.
- Other people use it before you leave.
- You go home with a loop you can keep using at work.
More than coding
Beyond the craft
Morning movement, a quiet house, food handled, coaches in the room. The days are intense. They are not eight hours in a laptop.
Morning movement
The day does not start in a laptop. Sport, mobility, and a sleep-first schedule so the work stays sharp.
The house
A remote villa. Zero distractions. No partners. No kids. Rooms, Wi-Fi, and workspace already set.
Food and rest
Chef-crafted meals, drinks, and the right amount of caffeine. You do not think about logistics.
Coaches in the room
Hackages stays with you through brief, build, check, ship, and review. You are not left alone with a prompt.
What you will practice
How to write a brief an AI tool can follow
How to check the work before you share it
How to ship something a colleague can actually use
How to read and change code you did not write
How to tell when the AI is done versus still guessing
Included in your stay
Individual seats are £3,500 all inclusive. Teams can just show up from £30,000 for 10 people, or book the program package for £18,000 and host the house themselves. A company team can lock a dedicated date.
Lodging for 3 nights: private bedroom, premium sheets, blackout curtains
All meals and drinks from Tuesday dinner through Friday lunch
Dedicated workspace, Starlink, breakout corners
Coaching through brief, build, check, ship, and review
Transport coordination from the nearest hub if needed
Post-retreat accountability circle for 30 days
What we put on the table
Laptops, licenses, and a network that is ours
The point is they ship the way engineers ship. Not inside a corporate sandbox, and not left alone with a free-tier prompt.
Your laptop, or we rent one
Private machines are the move. Bring yours and we go all out. If someone cannot, we rent a computer for that seat, extra cost, set up before they arrive. No MDM, no company image, no sandbox.
Real licenses, not a corporate wrap
For the three days we put paid seats and API keys on the table: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, ChatGPT, a private GitHub org, Vercel so work goes live the same day, plus Lovable and Bolt.new. Keys live in a password manager, not a locked-down portal. If a tool helps them ship, we add it.
Starlink, our network
The house runs on Starlink. High quality Wi-Fi that is ours, not the company VPN. They can try the actual stack without feeling like they are inside a corporate sandbox.
Small squads, extra coaches
People work in squads of two or three, the way an engineering team actually ships: brief, build, check, put it in someone else's hands. Ten is the usual house. Fifteen to twenty is feasible in the same week with one or two extra coaches. We need the headcount to lock the right house.

Who shows up in United Kingdom?
Who this is for
Product managers and non-technical people who want to contribute at the highest level: not by waiting for engineering, and not by stopping at a vibe-coded demo.
Product managers
PMs who already ship with Claude Code or Cursor, and want the judgment to go further than a demo.
Non-engineers who build anyway
People without a CS background who are already vibe-coding, and want a reliable way to contribute at a high level.
PM directors and product leads
Leaders who want a product squad that can go from idea to something live, without waiting on a two-month engineering queue.
Operators next to the product
People who know the business, sit on the data, and could ship internal tools if they had the craft, not only the prompts.

FAQ
Straight answers before you book
Chances are at this stage you have a couple questions. Here are a few questions that are often asked.
No. Three days will not turn you into a software engineer. You will have learned enough to contribute at the highest level: beyond vibe coding, with a way of working you can take back to the team.
